Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using FastFlow (“Service”), operated by Huy Nguyen, an individual sole proprietor, doing business as “FastFlow” (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service

FastFlow is an AI workspace platform that allows you to:

  • Interact with multiple AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) through a unified interface
  • Connect your tools (email, calendar, documents) via OAuth2 integration
  • Build a personal knowledge graph that learns from your interactions
  • Collaborate with others through shared and company workspaces

Account Registration

Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Points and Payment

Pay-As-You-Go Model

FastFlow operates on a points-based system:

  • You purchase points packages to use the Service
  • Points are consumed based on the actions you perform (AI queries, tool executions, etc.)
  • Different actions consume different amounts of points based on complexity and resources used

Points Policy

  • No Expiration: Purchased points do not expire
  • Non-Refundable: Points purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law
  • No Transfer: Points cannot be transferred between accounts unless explicitly supported for team/company workspaces

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify points pricing. Changes will not affect already-purchased points.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code, malware, or engage in hacking activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service for any commercial spam or mass messaging
  • Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Connected Tools and Third-Party Services

OAuth Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.):

  • You authorize FastFlow to access and interact with those services on your behalf
  • You remain bound by the terms of service of those third-party providers
  • You can revoke access to any connected service at any time
  • We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services

Third-Party AI Providers

Our Service uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of AI features is also subject to their respective terms of service.

AI-Generated Content

No Guarantees

AI-generated responses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be:

  • Accurate, complete, or up-to-date
  • Free from errors or biases
  • Suitable for any particular purpose
  • Legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or professional advice of any kind

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it
  • Ensuring your use of AI outputs complies with applicable laws
  • Any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your User Content to provide the Service
  • Use your conversation data to build and improve your personal knowledge graph
  • Create anonymized, aggregated data for Service improvement (without identifying you personally)

Content Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by FastFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without permission.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use it without any obligation to compensate you.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • Unused points will not be refunded unless required by law
  • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use poses a security risk
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the Service

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of harmful components
  • The results from using the Service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastFlow from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your User Content

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through the courts of Vietnam.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • Updating the “Last updated” date
  • Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
